About Mick Lee
Mick is a London based songwriter / producer with 25 years of experience in the music business. After many years spent recording and touring with a variety of bands including Inner City Unit, Geno Washington, Chatshow and Grand Drive, he is now concentrating on working with some excellent vocalists in his home studio. He is also collaborating with various producers on joint projects for record labels. Mick's writing style is as varied as his musical taste and includes Pop, Dance, House, R&B, Soul, Chill-Out, Indie and Rock. He has several publishing companies in the US and UK actively pitching his songs to major artists and a music lawyer in London pitching to the major publishers. His talents were recently praised by Future Music magazine who reviewed his song Neva Neva Neva as 'Featured Demo' and included it on the cover DVD.
Mick has recently been writing with producer Christos Papathanasiou of Supafly Inc for Sony & moves are underway to have some material remixed by producers Sleeve & Lowman & have several Chill-Out co-writes with One Life Productions released on Rumour Records. South African artists Redd Angel Allstars have just recorded Mick's song I'm Ready Now for an album on Sexy Records. The girls will be performing at the closing ceremony of this summer's World Cup Finals.
Latest news is that 2 more top producers have agreed to work on Mick's material, these are: U.S. R&B producer Chuckey Charles and ex Wah Brothers producer Kerrie Lee.
